How can I place an online order?

To place an order online, please follow the below steps:

• Add a product to your bag by clicking on “Add to bag” in the selected product page.
• Select the size and quantity you would like to order.
• Complete your order by clicking on “My bag” and then “Proceed to checkout”.
• You can modify or validate your bag and select your delivery method before making your payment.
• You will be asked to complete your delivery and billing address by selecting one of the following three options:

- Log In: This enables access to your personal ELIE SAAB account.
- Create an Account: This option allows you to create your ELIE SAAB profile for future purchases.
- Continue as Guest: This option enables you to place an order withoutcreating an account, but your order history will not be saved.

• Fill in the information of your billing address to complete your order.
• Within a few minutes, you will receive an email confirming your order along with your digital receipt.
• When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so that you can track the delivery of your package.

Purchases made online shall be reserved for personal customer use or gifting and not for resale.

How can I access my order history?

If you’ve created an Elie Saab account, simply log in and navigate to My Account. From there, you can easily access and view your order history by clicking on ‘Orders’.

Can I cancel or change my order?

To modify or cancel your order, simply log in and go to My Account. Under ‘Orders’, you can easily view and manage your order history. If your order is within the acceptable return window, you can modify or cancel it directly from there.

I placed an order, but did not received my package. What can I do?

If you placed your order with your Elie Saab customer account, Please log in to your account, then navigate to My Account in the top right corner of your screen. From there, click on ‘Orders’, and you will be able to follow the status of your order. Alternatively, you can scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on the Track order button in the bottom left corner.

If you placed your order as a Guest, please track the progress of your delivery using the tracking number provided in the Order Confirmation email.

If you do not receive your package within 10 working days, please reach out to esonline@eliesaab.com.

How do I know my size?

All ELIE SAAB online items come with a Size Guide section on the product detail page to help you find the perfect fit.

Additionally, RTW product pages feature a Fit Assistance button. By clicking on it, you can input your measurements, and we’ll recommend the size that’s best for you.

How is my order prepared?

Following validation, your order will be prepared within 24 to 48 hours.
To provide you with a seamless experience, wepay particular attention to the preparation of your order. 

Each order is prepared at the assigned Elie Saab workshop, and is individually packed in its branded case. The case is then inserted into a box to protect the goods and keep the package anonymous during shipping. Warranties, certificates of authentication and an exchange policy will be included with your order.

What payment options are accepted at Elie Saab online? 

Payment can be made using a direct debit Visa© or MasterCard©, bank card or credit card. The website is secure and PCI DSS compliant.

Is an online purchase secured?

All transactions done on the Elie Saab website are secure and PCI DSS compliant. In addition, Elie Saab commits not to save any credit card information. Each bank has its own authentication system.

How can I get a receipt for my online purchase?

An Order Confirmation and a Digital Receipt will be sent to your email address for all orders placed on the Elie Saab website.

How do I return my order?

You can return your order within 15 days of the delivery date. Please visit the Exchange and Returns form step-by-step details or reach out to esonline@eliesaab.com or connect with us via the Live Chat, available on our website or immediate support.

Alternatively, if you placed your order while logged into your Elie Saab account, you can navigate to your account, view your order history, and manage your return from there.

Where can I repair Elie Saab products?

Elie Saab products such as Ready-to-Wear, accessories, shoes and bags that are in need of repair may be returned to any of our flagship boutiques within six month of the purchase date.

How many collections are released each year?

 Each year, Elie Saab offers two Haute Couture collections:

• Spring/Summer Collection (Revealed in January)

• Fall/Winter Collection (Revealed in July)

How do I book an appointment or a private viewing?

In the Haute Couture product pages, under each product, you will find the option to book an appointment with the boutique of your choice. Choose from the following locations:

How many collections are released each year?

Elie Saab offers four ready-to-wear collections every year.
The Spring/Summer collection launches in October, the Pre-fall collection launches in January, the Fall/Winter collection launches in March and the Resort collection launches in June.

The Elie Saab Ready-to-Wear collections are manufactured in Italy and in Lebanon.
