We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange, please complete the Return Form using your order number. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact. You may also exchange items at any ELIE SAAB boutique by presenting your airway bill and invoice.
If the new item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded.
Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for refunds in the U.S. They may be returned for an exchange or an online store credit.
